Refund Policy

Buyer has the right to cancel or adjust an order after payment has been processed, but before the Products have been shipped however once the order has been shipped it can no longer be adjusted or cancelled.

If the Buyer wishes to return Products, (except under the circumstances in section 11 of the InternationalPharmacy.com Terms and Conditions), then as long as the Products are sent by the Buyer within 30 days of receipt and received by InternationalPharmacy.com in a good, unopened, resalable condition full credit will be issued.

If InternationalPharmacy.com has shipped the wrong Products or Products have arrived in a damaged condition, then the package and Products must be returned to InternationalPharmacy.com for inspection, (always contact InternationalPharmacy.com before undertaking any action). In such cases full credit will be issued or a second shipment will be made at no additional charge depending on what the buyer prefers.
