All items are sold F.O.B. point of sale. Purchaser is responsible for lost items in transit and also for any duties or taxes due in the importing country.
If the items you have ordered are damaged when you receive them please let us know and we will either replace them at no additional charge or issue full credit.
All items are sold for the personal use of the recipient under supervision of a local health care provider. Resale (in most cases) is prohibited by the laws of the importing country.
The expiration date of the items we sell are the best available at the time the order has been placed. If the expiration date of the items you have ordered is inadequate please let us know and we will issue credit or replace your items (if possible) at no additional charge.
Prices are subject to change by manufacturer only. If the price of the item you order has gone up we will let you know and ask if we should cancel the order or proceed at the higher price.
All sales are final. There are no returns or exchange with the exception of unopened parcels. However, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased or the experience you have had with our company simply contact our customer service department and we will try our best to make you happy.
